Computer Gyan is proud to be associated with Abhaypray Software Private Limited (APSPL), which aims to enhance the employability of the youth through comprehensive vocational training programs. As a pioneering initiative, APSPL integrates five Central Government and one State Government skill development schemes, ensuring a standardized and unified approach.
We prioritize empowering individuals from marginalized sections of society, including scheduled castes, minorities, women, and candidates from below the poverty line. To be eligible for these programs, candidates must be residents of Uttar Pradesh and fall within the age group of 14 to 35 years (with an upper age limit of 50 years for the BOCW scheme). To promote inclusivity, we strive for a minimum representation of 20% candidates from minority communities and a minimum of 30% women candidates across all schemes.
Additionally, Computer Gyan has established a State Skill Development Fund to address any additional financial requirements for seamless integration and effective program implementation. This fund ensures that candidates receive the necessary support to overcome barriers and achieve their skill development goals.
We are committed to the holistic development of candidates, including their successful placement in suitable employment opportunities. Our mission sets a minimum target of 70% successful certifications, out of which a minimum of 50% should be in the form of wage employment. This ensures that candidates not only acquire the necessary skills but also have the opportunity to secure sustainable livelihoods.
